Cc's is it. By that I mean you need not look any further for your meal destination in Columbia. It is a true Midwest steakhouse, with steak dishes that boast in their quality, taste, and being cooked to perfection.
The service here at CC's is very professional and elegant, and helps set the mood for the classy ambience.
This spot is perfect for your romantic night out, or celebratory meal. It's priced as such that it is definitely a treat, depending on your budget, but you can go knowing that the food will be worth it.
A couple of recommendations based on what our group got:
1. Gary's steak - a ribeye cooked and flavored in the steak extravagance of your dreams.
2. Jalapeño twice baked potato. A twice baked potato infused with jalapeños, bacon, and cheese - a MUST have! -

CC's is the best fine dining experience in Columbia. The atmosphere takes you back in time, as music from Frank Sinatra plays in the background and the servers are dressed in white shirts and black ties.
The seating area is not big at all, so if you want to avoid waiting over an hour, get there at 5:00 when they open. CC's does not take reservations.
As for the menu, you can't go wrong with the Aunt Jackie (filet and lobster), but my personal favorite is the Gary's Steak. It's a prime rib that's finished over a live oak fire. Get it blackened. You'll thank me later!
Each meal is served with homemade bread, a signature salad and a side of your choice. Yes, as others have mentioned, CC's is expensive; however, I've never left there wishing I hadn't spent the money to eat there. It's that good. -

Just amazing. Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. The staff was all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Every single staff member who made eye contact with us greeted us. Waiters who weren't even out main waiter made sure our waters stayed full even if there was only a sip out of it. The restaurant itself is super unique and interesting to look around. Literally from the ceiling fans to the menus, the whole place is quirky but sophisticated. The food is incredible. Even just their roasted vegetables have so much flavor. The cuts of meat are sooo good and they are always cooked to perfection. Everything we ate was delicious BUT the crème brûlée cheesecake was literally mind numbingly delicious. I've never tasted anything like it in my entire life. Highly recommend coming here.

Speechless -Cc's City Broiler in Columbia, Mo might be the best Steak that I have ever had!! And I have been to the larger Cities known for their restaurants.
The service, atmosphere, bartender, greeters were Great!! I had the filet mignon Chef's Cut with beautifully orchestrated chilled chopped salad, fresh baked sourdough bread, rock salt baked potato. My friend had the aged prime rib! The food was Excellent!!!
